Digital Marc LLC (“Digital Marc”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit digitalmarc.com or use our services (together, the “Services”), how we use it and how we protect it.

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Information you give us. When you request an audit or contact us, we collect what you type:

• Your name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Business name and website
• What you tell us about your business and what needs building
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when

Where you came from. This site records how you arrived, such as the search engine, ad, link or referral code that brought you, and the page you landed on. It's stored in your own browser (first touch for 90 days, the latest visit for the current tab) and is sent to us only if you submit a form.

Anonymous visit counts. We count page visits and which headline version you saw, without your name, IP address or any identifier.

Technical information. Our hosting provider receives standard request information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site. We use your IP address briefly, in memory, to limit how often a form can be submitted, and we don't store it.

This site doesn't use cookies or third-party trackers, advertising pixels or analytics services. The source information above is kept in your browser's local storage. The live log on Under the hood is kept in your browser's session storage and disappears when you close the tab. You can clear both at any time in your browser settings.

• To respond to your audit request and deliver the audit
• To schedule calls and communicate with you about your project
• To send the text messages you agreed to (see below)
• To understand which pages and sources bring in requests, so we can improve the site
• To keep the Services secure and to comply with legal obligations

If you provide your mobile number and tick the text message box, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Digital Marc LLC at that number about your audit request and any project you start with us, such as your intake link, scheduling, reminders and project updates. We don't send marketing or promotional texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services.

Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your request and project.

Message and data rates: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out: you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You'll receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers: major carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We don't sell your personal information. We share other information only:

• With service providers who help us run the Services, such as our website host and our CRM (HighLevel), which stores your request and sends our emails and texts
• With a partner directly involved in your project, with your knowledge
• To comply with the law, a court order or a government request
• To protect the rights, safety or property of Digital Marc LLC, our clients or others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. Forms are sent over an encrypted connection and filed through our server, not through your browser. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or longer if the law requires it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete your personal information
• Opt out of email communications
• Withdraw consent to text messages (reply STOP)

The Services may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies before giving them personal information.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we have, we'll delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
