Welcome to Digital Marc LLC (“Digital Marc”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Digital Marc LLC is a marketing engineering business that builds websites, CRM systems, integrations and automations for businesses, based in Utah and working with clients across the United States. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of digitalmarc.com and any services offered through it (together, the “Services”), including any text messages you receive from us.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

We may change these Terms at any time and will post the new version on this page. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the Terms in effect at that time, so please check this page from time to time.

By using the Services, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are at least 13 but under 18, you may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms and is responsible for your use, including any charges. Children under 13 may not use the Services.

You agree not to misuse the Services, submit false information, or impersonate another person or business.

By opting in to receive text messages from Digital Marc LLC, you agree to the following:

Program description: Digital Marc LLC sends text messages about your audit request and any project you start with us, such as your intake link, scheduling, reminders and project updates. We don't send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency: you will receive recurring messages. Frequency varies with your request, appointments and project. Message and data rates may apply to messages we send you and messages you send us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opt-out: you can cancel at any time. Text “STOP” to 385-293-3310 or reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and after that you won't receive text messages from us. To join again, opt in the same way you did the first time.

Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at help@digitalmarc.com or 385-293-3310.

Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Scheduling: we aim to meet the timings we give you, such as confirming a request within one business day, but we can't guarantee a specific window.

Engagements: the audit's price and terms are described on the audit page. Any build, retainer or other engagement requires a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, payment and ownership. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Estimates and examples: calculators, sample reports and examples on this site are illustrations. They are not a quote or a promise of results.

The content of this site, including its text, design, logos and code, belongs to Digital Marc LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute it without our written permission. Ownership of work we build for you is set out in your engagement agreement.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the operation or availability of this site. Client services are governed by their own agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Marc LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

The Services may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
